Columbine is a perennial flower that comes in various shades. These from my flower gardens in Tennessee were a very deep purple with white edges.
Coral Court Motel
This motel was on the original Route 66 in St Louis MO, on Watson Road. It had quite a history as a supposed gangster hideout and was still in business in the early 1990's when I took the photos for this artwork. It was one of those “no-tell motels” with the attached garage to hide your auto. It was torn down in 1995. Visit them on the web at
